What is an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report records the condition of an existing electrical installation following inspection and testing. It identifies observations and recommended actions so you can understand the condition of your wiring, circuits and consumer unit.
Arranging your electrical inspection
Tell us the property type, location, approximate size and any known problems. We will agree the scope, access arrangements and quote before the visit. Testing may require circuits to be switched off, so we will discuss disruption with you beforehand.
